Edwards MC2 Series Two Line Message Centers
The Edwards MC2 series provides you with two character lines for the extra space you need for longer, more complete messages.

Like the MC1 series, the MC2 message centers are indoor-rated multi-color LED lamped communication devices which can serve as stand-alone message centers or as part of a networked workplace communication system.

Highly visible up to 200 Ft., the versatile MC2 message centers are also available in optional NEMA 2 enclosures. They are  agency recognized and supplied with mounting hardware and a 54-key handheld IR. programming keyboard.

Warn workers of unusual conditions in the plant which may affect their safety. Alert them to plant zones or equipment that may not be operating properly. Direct them away from plant areas that may have become temporarily unsafe.

You can also communicate less critical, yet helpful, motivational messages such as employee meetings, company announcements and recognition of individual employees.

PC Programmable and Networkable.

As a stand alone device the Edwards Message Center is easily programmed with the included 54-key hand held keyboard. Or, it can be programmed through the use of optional associated hardware and Edwards Message Center software running on any 486 IBM PC compatible computer running Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98 or NT.

When networked, one message can be sent through the master computer interface on all message centers or to specific addresses within the message center communication network.
